Confession time..

So for those of you who know me well, you know that I am very critical of all things movies/tv/books. Most of the movies I see in the theater I think are stupid, yet I continue to go and see them. 8/10 times I hate the movie. But I am a sucker for punishment..

I finally decided to watch the Grey's new episode while cleaning my room/hanging up clothes/doing a million things because it had been determined that it was a crappy episode. Some people I talked to even wrote off Grey's and said they would not watch it anymore because that episode was so stupid...Cristina getting impaled by an icicle.....snowing in Seattle.....it goes on. And I am ashamed to say that... I thought the episode was pretty good. It made me excited for the rest of the season. I know, I'm disappointed in myself for thinking this way as well. Who am I???

SF!!

A trip to San Francisco in mostly pictures and some words. The players:

Emily, Stacy, Avery and

Sarah with her amazing soup bowl. Sorry, Disneyland. SF rocked your soup bowls bigtime. But, we didn't get to go on a ride after eating it so maybe it was a tie.

The trip began with pictures like this: (Us eating our Ghiradelli ice cream sundaes. Amazing). But I as artistic director of the pictures made them have more feeling and emotion. Maybe it's too much ANTM watching, but I wanted our pictures to look FIERCE!!
My subjects being fascinated by the aquarium that was on our City Pass aka the greatest invention ever!!

All of us being fascinated by the school of fish swimming above us. Weird that all the fish got red/green eye.
Me touching the ray. I included this picture because I thought my hair looked particularly attractive. Yeah, I'm vain.

Sarah and Stacy being really excited about our kind-of-scary but didn't-look-that-scary-on-the-internet hotel.

Excited because this was our room's decor: Hot, hot and more hot. I die.
Then we were excited to see some art. Note: this piece of art is really, really famous. Seriously.

Then we went to Alcatraz aka amazing. Sarah using her sexy bod to get her out of jail.

Me pretending to pee. Apparently I didn't even want to look at myself peeing because my eyes are closed. Fletchers, this picture is for you. Pssssssssssssssssss.

We also hiked it to Lombard street. And I almost died from hiking the incline. So which picture is better, this one with all of us being smiley...

Or these ones where I made us be zig zags like the road?!?!?

p.s. Yes I did go to San Francisco with super models. Or as I also like to say we all drank our breakfast out of diet coke cans.

We also ate at Mama's or the most amazing breakfast place ever. I then made my subjects show their true hunger while waiting in line.

Just call me Tyra Banks.

Later we went to the Golden Gate Bridge.
Seriously, I am a photog genius!! Look at this next picture. Us being the bridge. Pure genius!

You can FEEL Stacy being the boat beneath our outstretched arms. She was the boat.
So our guidebook, San Francisco for Dummies, said that we should tour this fortune cookie factory. Or in other words, slave labor in an alley. Not classy. Stacy and Sarah being glad they escaped the clutches of the underworld.
I put this picture on because I thought it was funny. Yeah I'm a 12 year old boy.

So as I was walking out into the San Francisco air for the first time, what was there to greet me?? Just a three story Forever 21. Hello lover!
Oh yes we did do the Full House opening credits pose. And the song was in our heads the WHOLE TIME.

The end.

House Frau

Guess who's back??? Us!! So our sister Laura may have had our card reader for months. And you should have seen Reidster's face when he would remember that and get ticked. So let's discuss the exciting parts. This semester I am being the stay-at-home mom aka house frau. And I love every minute of it. I get to take Julia to school every day at 7, seduce Annie with leftovers for breakfast to get her out of bed, doing chores... it's the best!!!!

The best part about being a house frau...going to the lake in the middle of the week with the Porters. When we showed up, it looked like this..

It was awesome. But of course we couldn't go to the lake without TONS of food. Like homemade ice cream. Oh yes we did.
And various treats and attractive children.

Precious moments.
Amanda getting ready to be awesome.
And being awesome.

Me getting psyched up.
Lee and Eden being awesome.

Seriously, please note the lack of boats in these pictures. The only thing there is to do in AZ when it is hot is visit various water holes to try and cool off but we were practically alone. It was amazing!!

We go almost every Tuesday if anyone wants to go with us. But the Porters are hardcore. Every time they go they think that this is the last time going and we stay ALL day. Which rocks.
