So.....yes we're excited to move to a new house. And yes....we're excited to live in the thriving metropolis of Gilbert. But the most excitement we have??

Hello, Dish Network. Please have a seat on our couch. 200 channels streaming in HD + BBC America + BYUTV + free HBO/Showtime for three months?? Loves it. 

Jones/Fletcher goals:

1. Go outside at least once a day and hang out with the 3D people.

2. Keep calorie intake per day under 2000 calories. Playing our new favorite game "Pretend food doesn't have any calories" only once a week (thanks Angie for the new game!)

3. Have our house look like this for the whole month of October. Sorry neighbors..

Wake Me When September Ends.....

Yes, folks, that's right. We have a roll-off dumpster in front of our house. And yes, it will be COMPLETELY full when we are done with it!!

The Jones super secret...it only took 3 weekends to deal with everything...

Come party with us this weekend at our yard/garage sale of new stuff and tons of furniture!!

Hi! Remember us?! We used to blog and then we got lazy and lame, so i'm back track blogging. Pre warning, mostly pictures, who needs words. So alot happened in the month of, oh wait like three months ago, May. And Emily kept telling me to post so I guess I will now.

Teacup Quail!!

So Julia's friend, Tanner, has baby quail. And I'm sorry, chickens, but I have to cheat on you. I love these baby quail more than you. They are so, so, so, so tiny. Only people that have had chickens can appreciate these pictures and can tell how small they are compared to their food holder. Presh!

Mary Poopins

Okay, so I know I'm critical of a lot of things. But for the record, the entire group of 8 people that I went and saw Mary Poppins with ALL thought it was lame-sauce. Some even left at intermission. Apparently we have no souls.

I'm looking at the world in rose colored glasses....

So we did our Disney service. And it was basically the easiest thing we've ever done. 8:45 a.m. - sign up, eat too many krispy kreme donuts

9:00 a.m. - sit on ground with sisters and begin pulling grass out of rose gardens at MCC

Believe me, you did NOT want to see what was underneath those sunglasses. 

Our other sister for the day, "'Annie"', aka Allie Cluff. They traded spots. 

 

10:00 a.m. - Lee comes over and tells us to come help him with his hard job, we tell him our job is really tough and to back off. (that's Lee way back there in the red shirt, working really hard)

11:00 a.m. - finish service, get our nametags signed on to show we came.
11:05 a.m. - begin wandering around Target while eating popcorn and an icee looking for stuff to buy.

It basically rocked. But I'm sure Disney will have the last laugh when they suck $60 out of us that day for awesome hats/ 89358290348 churros/ treats/smashed pennies.

My greatest weakness. Really.

Wasting time on the computer + Ben & Jerry's Phish Food. Let's just say I don't even feel guilty about all the fat and calories in it anymore.

Sorry I've been busy?!

Whoa, no new blog post for 2010? Things that have been keeping me quite occupied, in no particular order:

1. Making a mii that looks exactly like me! Okay, Laura is the one that made it but can you see the resemblance??

2. Playing with the Christmas present I bought myself. Aren't present you buy yourself the best?? It's a polaroid-esque camera that prints out credit card sized pictuers! The Japanese=genius.

3. Seeing crappy movies. Don't EVEN get me started on this movie. I even hated this one more than Avatar, if that's possible.

4. Seeing awesome movies. FYI, contrary to Laura Fletcher's belief, the main guy in this movie is NOT Orlando Bloom.

5. Reading this amazing book. I have even read it before and knew how it ended and it was a freaking page turner. Don't mess with Mary Ingles.

6. Yes, this book is like Harry Potter but with mythology. And I loved it.

And lastly.....

7. To all you haters out there, don't trash it until you've watched every episode. I had a marathon of it for a week and it was the best week of my life.
